Cumberland City Councillor and community champion Stephen Blais visited the Carlsbad Springs Carnival last weekend after helping them attain $4,000 in funding for the weekend festivities.

Stephen is pleased to announce that Vintage Stock Theatre will receive a $40,000 grant to purchase a new portable theatrical stage.
