Cumberland Ward resident receives Sovereigns Medal for volunteerism

Dharam Rai received the Sovereign’s Medal for Volunteerism last week. For more than 25 years, Dharam has been coordinating and providing tax preparation services for seniors, low-income households, refugees, the homeless & students. Bravo!‬
