Cumberland City Councillor Stephen Blais was proud to be awarded the 2013 Community Service Business of the Year award from the Orléans Chamber of Commerce.

“It is truly an honour to be recognized by the Chamber of Commerce for the community service our office provides,” says Councillor Blais. “The members of my staff provide outstanding service to the residents of Cumberland Ward.”
